File this away for the next Thunder on the Mountain show

9 March 2007

Awhile back I wrote about a webcam found on the ALDOT site that showed Vulcan in the horizon and might have been a good place to remotely see the Thunder on the Mountain show on Independence Day (July 4th). But, as luck would have it I’ve recently found a better web camera that gives a much better shot of Vulcan atop Red Mountain. Granted it’s in the distance, but this angle ought to give a nicer view of the fireworks (albeit in a bit less than 4 months from the time of this posting).
